Matthew Matthias, PGA
Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Matthias oversees the firm's golf course
operations. Mr. Matthias has more than 12 years experience in private country
club and daily-fee golf facility operations. Before he joined Newman
Golf in 1997, Mr. Matthias was Head Golf Professional at an exclusive
midwestern private country club.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in business administration
and finance from Wartburg College, and a Class A membership in the
Professional Golfers Association of America.
